Beginners Curriculum
We have a dedicated curriculum and classes just for beginners to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
Our curriculum is designed to introduce new students to the fundamental movements, techniques, concepts, and principles of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in a structured way.
Our curriculum contains 6 modules, with each module goes for 1 week and is dedicated to a specific set of techniques and concepts.
The curriculum rotates continuously so students are welcome to join at any point and will naturally cycle through all modules over time.

- Breakfalls (importance and techniques)
Attacking (Submissions and passing)
- Armbar, triangle, cross choke
- Rear naked choke, americana, straight foot lock
- Closed guard passing
- Half guard passing
Defense (sweeps and escapes)
- Scissor sweep, flower sweep
- Dogfight (sweep and roll under)
- Side control escapes
- Mount escapes
- Back control escapes
Standing game
- Breakfalls (importance and techniques)
- Foot sweeps
- Single and double legs takedowns
- How to sprawl
