Beginners Curriculum
At Zen Academy, we have a dedicated curriculum and classes just for beginners to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
Our curriculum is designed to introduce new students to the fundamental movements, techniques, concepts, and principles of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in a structured way.
